1. Who is responsible

Helement provides certain means of contact and infrastructure used to operate the site on behalf of the responsible party.

Acquiring a publication. The information that the platform used for the transaction communicates to FTF about the acquisition.

Browsing. The technical information needed to establish the connection and serve the site, including the IP address.

Personal data may be used, as applicable, to:

— Attend to messages, requests and conversations.

— Manage bookings and their reminders.

— Attend to matters relating to the acquisition and delivery of publications.

— Meet the obligations arising from the transactions carried out.

— Operate, maintain and protect the functioning of the site.

In addition, it may be used to occasionally send communications about:

— New publications, content and developments from FTF.

— Workshops, programs, activities and related services from FTF and Helement.

Information arising from the existing relationship, such as publications acquired or interests expressed, may be used to make these communications more pertinent.

These communications are optional. You can stop receiving them at any time through the unsubscribe mechanism included in each communication or by writing to privacidad@helement.mx.

4. Limiting use and exercising rights

You can request at any time:

Personal data will be kept for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was obtained and, where applicable, for the periods needed to meet legal obligations or possible liabilities.

When the data is no longer necessary for those purposes, it will be deleted in accordance with the applicable law.
